Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Luxury Motor Rental:

1. Cancellation Requests:
   Customers who wish to cancel their rental reservation with Luxury Motor Rental must submit a cancellation request through our designated channels, which include contacting our customer service center or using our online reservation management system.
2. Cancellation Timeframe:
   To receive a full refund, customers must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a charge equivalent to one full day’s rental rate.
3. Refund Process:
   If a cancellation is made in accordance with the policy mentioned in point 2 above, Luxury Motor Rental will initiate the refund process promptly. The refunded amount will be processed using the original payment method provided during the reservation process. It may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the customer’s bank or credit card issuer.
4. No-Show Policy:
   In the event that a customer fails to pick up the rental vehicle without prior notice or cancellation, Luxury Motor Rental reserves the right to charge the full rental amount and will not provide any refund.
5. Modification Policy:
   Customers who wish to modify their reservation details, such as pickup time, drop-off location, or rental duration, can do so within the permitted timeframe without incurring any charges. However, modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation, resulting in the charges mentioned in point 2.
6. Exceptional Circumstances:
   Luxury Motor Rental understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as flight cancellations or medical emergencies. In such cases, customers are requested to contact our customer service center as soon as possible, providing relevant documentation or evidence to support their claim. We will review each case individually and may offer a flexible solution or partial refund at our discretion.
7. Force Majeure:
   Luxury Motor Rental reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government regulations, or other uncontrollable circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and every effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.

By proceeding with the reservation, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood the cancellation policy of Luxury Motor Rental. They agree to abide by the policy’s terms and conditions, including any applicable charges or fees for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
